Here is my number 1 tip when training. LEAVE THE EGO AT THE GYM DOOR. Don’t let your ego ruin any chance you have of building your dream body. Please try to focus on proper form. No one really cares how much you bench press especially if they are shitty half reps because they equal poor results. So forget about the number on the side of the plate or dumbbell and focus on connecting your mind with your muscles when lifting. Lift the weight slowly and lifted it with intensity. Focus on tearing those muscle fibres and building the physique with confidence.
