By adopting the above winning habits and creating a consistent morning routine, you can improve your mindset, increase your energy levels, and ultimately, win the day.

These morning 9 habits I used to help beat my anxiety and depression. I have been using this morning routine for the past 8 years. They helped me smash my corporate career, win 4 x Australian fitness model titles, start 3 successful businesses, complete crazy fitness challenges  and ultimately become the best version of myself.
