I would recommend starting on Level 1: DELICIOUS for at least 2 weeks. Then depending on how you are feeling ? i.e are you completing the workout with moderate ease please progress to Level 2: SPICY

I would then recommend staying on Spicy for at least 2 weeks before progressing to Level 3: WEAPON

Once you achieve WEAPON please try to crush that workout for 2 weeks - 2-3 times per week.
