This course will guide you through a structured and enriching meditation experience, incorporating six distinct phases to help you cultivate love, gratitude, forgiveness, future envisioning, a perfect day, and blessings. Through guided meditation, introspection, and practical exercises, you’ll learn to harness the power of each phase to enhance your well-being, connect with your authentic self, and create a positive and purposeful life.

This course will require 90 minutes of watching the video, reading course material and passing the quizzes. Then practicing this 6 phase guided meditation everyday. 


No prior meditation experience is necessary. The course is designed to be accessible to individuals of all levels. Clear instructions and guidance will be provided for each phase of the meditation journey.
Each meditation session varies in length, but they typically range from 10 to 15 minutes. The goal is to guide you through each phase effectively without overwhelming you.
While we encourage you to embrace all six phases for a comprehensive transformative experience, you have the flexibility to focus more on the phases that resonate with you. However, exploring each phase can provide well-rounded growth and insights.

It's recommended to practice the meditations at least once a day, but you can adapt the frequency to your schedule and preferences. Consistency is key to experiencing the full benefits of the transformative journey.
